A JCWarrior is a spiritual warrior for our Lord Jesus Christ. This warrior is strong in his faith and has the passion to tear down the walls that satan has built up in our midst. A JCWarrior hears the cry's of its community and weaps for it's suffering and salvation. But more than anything a JCWarrior has what Leonard Ravenhill explains as Unction.
Ravenhill says: "What is unction? I hardly know. But I know what it is not (or at least I know when it is not upon my own soul). Preaching without unction kills instead of giving life. The unctionless preacher is a savor of death unto death. The Word does not live unless the unction is upon the preacher. Preacher, with all thy getting--get unction."
And then he continues: "Unction is not a gentle dove beating her wings against the bars outside of the preacher's soul; rather, she must be pursued and won. Unction cannot be learned, only earned--by prayer. Unction is God's knighthood for the soldier-preacher who has wrestled in prayer and gained the victory. Victory is not won in the pulpit by firing intellectual bullets or wisecracks, but in the prayer closet; it is won or lost before the preacher's foot enters the pulpit. Unction is like dynamite. Unction comes not by the medium of the bishop's hands, neither does it mildew when the preacher is cast into prison. Unction will pierce and percolate; it will sweeten and soften. When the hammer of logic and the fire of human zeal fail to open the stony heart, unction will succeed."
That my friend is unction. And so a JCWarrior carries these characteristics and hungers to spread fire amongst the many in order to create the army that we all know is brewing. Along with unction a JCWarrior has a hunger to defeat the devil in this day. By way of participating in the spiritual battles that we face daily in the media. Be it tv shows, the news, the newspaper, or any other form of media communication that has been overtaken by such lostness. But we do not restrict ourselves to the battle that takes place in the media. For the spiritual battles of this day extend from the solitude of our worlds homes and climb all the way to the top of it's judicial systems. Pray and intercede for all that is righteous.
"Preacher, with all thy getting--Get Unction!"

More than anything a JCWarrior is one who pleads to be as lost as can be to the ways of this world. We are but aliens in an unfimiliar world and wish in no way to conform or fit in to this worlds lifestyles and pitfalls. We JCWarriors shall rise up together to unite in the light of the Lord and take hold of what he has given us.
How do I become a JCWarrior?
Becoming a Warrior for christ is done within your own heart, not in textbooks or songs and services. It will be apparent if you have the fire and passion that Ravenhill speaks of above. It is through your prayer closet battles that you will have had the intimate moments that fill your heart with unction. There is no application to fill out, no waiver to sign, and no mailing list to join. The dues you owe to the time in your prayer room are costly but very rewarding. So take up this title cautiously and with great discernment for being a warrior in christ brings with it the responsibilities of a soldier-warrior of christ.
